Chris Spencer was a former American football center and is currently Chairman of the Board at Blu Chip Analytics. After a successful collegiate run at Ole Miss, Chris spent ten years in the NFL as an offensive lineman for the Seattle Seahawks, Chicago Bears and Tennessee Titans. But, as all true athletes know, along with glory comes pain. After being sidelined with a series of injuries and receiving shortsighted treatment, Chris developed a successful system with an elite team of professionals, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and strength/conditioning coaches. Working side by side, this dream team helped him fully recover and continue his NFL career. More importantly, Chris credits their integrated program with his ability to live pain-free after football. Today, Chris enjoys an active life with his wife and three children in Nashville, TN. Metrics Performance is his way of offering the same lifelong results to other athletes, trainers and coaches. He looks forward to bringing Metric’s expertise to Navigation Health’s consulting arm and serving as Board Chairman for Navigation.
